There is no prior experience required. We exist for this reason. We can’t wait to be part of your journey. ALL Women Who Carry Classes are for beginners as we start from the scratch in each class. All experience levels are welcome at all classes unless otherwise posted.

Cancellation/Refund/No Show Policy:

ALL registration funds paid to Women Who Carry are NON-REFUNDABLE. However- registration funds paid can be transferred to another date if needed (see Rescheduling Policy).

There are also no refunds in cases of accidental registrations. Promotional codes cannot be used retroactively.

Women Who Carry reserves the right to cancel classes at will. Should this occur, students may apply registration funds to future date.

Cancellations are required at least 24 hours in advance in writing via email: WomenWhoCarry@gmail.com to avoid additional fees. Students who cancel within the 24-hour grace period, or who fail to report to their scheduled training, are considered No Shows. Should a student have to reschedule AFTER the ONE allotted reschedule, the Student will be required to FULLY re-book the class WITH a $30 Rebooking Fee. The student MUST request a re-booking pay link and MUST be paid prior to rescheduling.

There are no exceptions to this policy.

Rescheduling Policy:

If students are unable to attend their originally scheduled course, they are allowed one reschedule with a $30 re-booking fee. Please reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid additional fees. Should a student have to reschedule AFTER the ONE allotted reschedule, the Student will be required to FULLY re-book the class WITH a $30 re-booking Fee. The student MUST request a re-booking pay link and MUST be paid prior to rescheduling.

Late Policy:

Please arrive to your scheduled classes on time. We do not charge a late fee; however, lost time cannot be made up (Example: If you booked a one-hour private lesson and arrived 15 minutes late, the scheduled session will only last the remaining allotted 45 minutes). This is so we do not unfairly interfere with other students’ scheduled sessions.

There is a 10-minute grace period. At the 11-minute mark, the session will be cancelled and marked as a No Show. If you are a No Show, all investment fees will be forfeited, and the Student will be REQUIRED to FULLT re-book the class WITH a $30 re-booking Fee!!

Inclement Weather Policy:

Classes will not be cancelled and refunded due to wind, rain, or cold weather. You may choose to reschedule due to inclement weather, however, it will count towards your one free reschedule.

If weather is dangerously inclement, classes will be postponed to a later date. We are unable to process refunds due to inclement weather as it is beyond our control.

Please verify your eligibility to obtain a CCW Permit PRIOR to booking CCW Permit course. No refunds will be issued in the event your application for a CCW permit is denied by the Las Vegas Metro Police Department as this is a circumstance beyond our control.

Yes. While our primary focus is for women, all of our classes are co-ed unless the course or event specifies "Women's/Ladies Only".

Yes, we do have a waitlist!

*Should students lose/misplace their paperwork which are REQUIRED for LVMPD appointments, students will be able to obtain additional copies. Each set of copies will require a $30 reprocessing fee per student which must be paid in full PRIOR to paperwork being re-processed.
